The following terms & conditions apply when you purchase an item from uksticksandstones.com. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.
â€¢ When placing an order you agree all given information is accurate.
â€¢ All orders are subject to acceptance by Sticks and Stones (UK) Ltd and product availability.
â€¢ If we do not have the item in stock you will not be charged. You will receive a reminder email, if requested, when the item is back in stock.
All representations of our products in any form (online, advertised or printed) are approximations of the products. We cannot be held responsible or liable for differences between the image and the actual product. This includes pricing information given by third party publications / media.
â€¢ All shapes, colours and patterns may vary slightly as each wooden design is handmade and material is subject to variations beyond our control
â€¢ Orders for chopping boards, cheeseboards and knife blocks will be based on the idea presented. All measurements stated are simply used as a guideline to indicate overall size. The measurements on the finished product are dictated by the wood and may be different to those seen on the sample.
â€¢ Colour and pattern vary infinitely and requests for specific colour and grain patterns are subject to separate terms and conditions.
â€¢ You must check the confirmation email you will receive for your order, that all details are correct, and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
â€¢ Ownership of the goods will pass to you when we receive full payment for the goods, including delivery charges.
â€¢ Discount codes cannot be used on sale products.
â€¢ The delivery date or period within which you are to receive your order is approximate. If you are ordering more than one item, the goods may be sent in instalments if certain items are out of stock, this will be at no extra cost to you.
â€¢ All cutting boards, cheese boards, knife blocks and wooden salad bowls are handmade to order and can take up to six weeks (max) to deliver..
â€¢ We will endeavour to let you know of any unexpected delays in delivery of goods.
â€¢ We will not be liable for any export or import duties, taxes etc arising as a result of the goods being sent to a destination outside The UK. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country, please check with your local customs office for details.
â€¢ All Paypal payments, credit card and debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for delay or non delivery of goods.
â€¢ Sticks and Stones (UK) Ltd will not store your card or payment details.
â€¢ Your contact information (address, email etc) will solely be used to administer your account. We will not disclose your details to a third party. We may use these details to inform you of products, services and special offers.
â€¢ Exceptions to this may occur if
ii) We may release customer information to comply with the law for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
â€¢ Sticks and Stones (UK) Ltd takes online security extremely seriously. However, we cannot fully guarantee the security of any data you disclose online.

â€¢ Our site may contain links to other sites, we feel may be of interest to our customers, please note these websites will have their own privacy policies; and we cannot accept any responsibility for these policies.
Returns / Exchanges and Faulty or Damaged Items
â€¢ You may return most items sold by uksticksandstones.com within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund (not including delivery cost).
â€¢ We do not pay the cost of sending the order back to us.
â€¢ We can only refund items we receive back and in good condition. We strongly recommend sending items back by registered or recorded post, in addition to the prepaid “stamp” cost of the parcel, so that any missing items will be compensated by the courier.
â€¢ Items for exchange will be sent out, without delivery charge, depending on stock availability.
â€¢ We will refund the delivery cost, if the item was incorrectly sent, faulty or damaged; in which case you will receive a full refund including all delivery costs; providing you inform us within 10 days of receipt (or non receipt) of goods.
â€¢ Orders that do not arrive will either be replaced as soon as possible or fully refunded including postage.
â€¢ We will refund your card within 14 days of receiving your goods back.
